Job summary

3D Personnel seeks a 2nd Fix Carpenter for residential development projects in Plymouth. You may work independently or with others on new build apartments, focusing on 2nd fix tasks and site safety.

The role requires an in-date CSCS card, own tools and full PPE, with the pay rate of £25 per hour. Long-term temporary opportunity with either PAYE Umbrella or CIS options possible.

Qualifications

• CSCS card in date is required.
• Own hand and power tools are required.
• Full PPE must be worn on site.
• Valid ID/Passport and right to work should be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting, doors and architrave.
• Install kitchens using butt joints (no router required).
• Complete snagging and ensure work complies with site safety standards.
• Work on residential development schemes, on own or in a team.

We are currently looking for a 2nd Fix Carpenter for residential development schemes where you'll be working on new build apartments. You can work on your own or in a team

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• All 2nd Fix duties including installing skirting, doors fittings and architrave
• Installing kitchens - No router will be required (butt joints only)
• Any required snagging
• Conducting work according to industry health & safety standards for site

You will reuqire all your own hand and power tools

Requirements and experience levels

• Must be hard working and driven
• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)
• CSCS Card (ideally blue)
• Own tools (hand and power)
