Our team is made up of over 100 skilled carpenters committed to excellence in craftsmanship and project execution. We manage large-scale developments efficiently, ensuring timely and within budget completion, without compromising on quality or safety. We hold an IFC Creditation for the safe installation and sign-off of fire doors, fire barriers, and insulation products.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpentry Supervisor. The Carpentry Supervisor will oversee daily carpentry operations, manage a team of carpenters, ensure safety protocols are followed, and inspect completed work to meet quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising the use of power and hand tools, coordinating with project managers, and troubleshooting on-site issues. The Carpentry Supervisor will also handle scheduling, procurement of materials, and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Framing
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations
• Ability to read and acknowledge technical drawings
• Relevant certifications and experience in the construction industry are a plus
