Carpenter Social Housing Projects
Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000
Full-Time Ongoing Contract / Permanent Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry in occupied and void social housing properties
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments to a high standard
• Work alongside other trades and housing staff to ensure tenant satisfaction
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and site procedures
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working in tenants' homes

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
• Experience working on social housing or similar residential projects
