Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in North Hants, Basingstoke & Surrey locality is hiring an experienced Carpenter Multi to join the Property Team. The role involves carrying out carpentry repairs across our properties, including 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, window and door installation, and UPVC servicing.

You should be NVQ level 2 or have 5 years' proven carpentry experience, with a strong health and safety mindset and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years proven carpentry experience.
• Strong health & safety mindset and knowledge of best practices.
• Experience in residential housing carpentry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st and 2nd fix carpentry across properties.
• Install windows, doors, frames (internal and external) and UPVC servicing.
• Fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels installation.
• Kitchen fitting and minor joinery works.
• Travel between sites with a company van.

Salary:£34,944.00 - £38,992.00 Per yearWe're currently recruiting for an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team in our North Hants, Basingstoke & Surrey locality.
