Job summary

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a caring Driver to support passengers on journeys to activities across centres in Northallerton. You will help passengers board, travel, and alight safely, with training provided for safety equipment and emergency procedures.

The role operates on a split shift (07:00–09:30 and 15:00–17:30), Monday to Friday, with flexibility. Prior experience is not essential, but empathy and a patient attitude are important.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with carers and colleagues.
• Medical training to administer emergency medication to children safely.
