Qualifications

• Experience in catering or kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Assist with meal service in the dining areas.
• Support the kitchen team in preparing and plating meals.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and sanitised.
• Help with cleaning duties and washing dishes after meals.
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a welcoming, hygienic dining environment for residents.
