We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistant to join our dedicated catering team at Frances Bolitho Care Home in Penzance, a welcoming 45-bed residential care home where our residents are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Catering Assistant, you will be helping to serve more than just meals, you’ll support our Catering Supervisor and wider team in providing nutritious, delicious and well-presented meals for our residents, while helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming kitchen environment.Food is an important part of life at Frances Bolitho. You’ll play a valuable role in helping our residents enjoy mealtimes, whether that’s preparing and serving meals, keeping the dining areas clean and welcoming, or taking the time to offer a friendly smile and a few kind words.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team and understands the importance of providing a high standard of service. Previous catering experience is welcomed, but what matters most is your positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine desire to make a difference.
