Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support catering by preparing food and drinks for residents
• Keep the kitchen clean so meals and drinks are produced safely
• Deliver a high-quality, comprehensive catering service to residents
• Apply safe food handling principles to the highest hygiene standards
• Work as part of the team and carry out reasonable instructions promptly
• Advise on the supply and quality of items used and order replacements in good time
• Treat residents and visitors respectfully, protecting each resident's dignity and individuality
