Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrates high standards of personal hygiene.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safe food handling to ensure high hygiene in kitchen tasks.
• Contribute to team, respond to colleagues, and follow reasonable work instructions promptly.
• Advise on supply and quality of items and arrange replacement goods as needed.
