Cardiff Council’s Caretaking Services are looking for a dedicated and motivated Responsive Supervisor for a 6-month secondment. You will lead a team delivering high-quality cleaning and clearance services and play a key role in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments in communal areas of council housing blocks, hostels, and public spaces across the city.
In this front-line leadership role, you’ll supervise a mobile team of operatives, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety procedures. You'll also coordinate responsive cleaning and clearance tasks, helping to maintain cleanliness and improve living conditions across our housing communities.
