Job summary

Premier Work Support is seeking a Caretaker/Cleaner for an ongoing temporary role in the Medway area. The successful candidate will maintain and clean internal and external communal areas and support building safety and security.

You will need a valid driving licence with up to 3 penalty points, be well organised and highly motivated, and be available to start immediately, with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving licence with maximum 3 penalty points and no disqualifications for insurance purposes.
• Experience in cleaning and caretaking is preferred.
• Well organised and highly motivated.

Job description

We are looking for a Caretaker/Cleaner for an ongoing temporary assignment in the Medway area. There may be opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.

The successful candidate will be required to drive a company vehicle so you will have have a driving licence with maximum 3 penalty points and no disqualifications for insurance purposes

You will be responsible for providing maintenance and cleaning of internal and external communal areas.

You will ensure the safety and security of the buildings, ideally have previous cleaning and caretaking experience, be well organised and be highly motivated.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
