Job summary

Premier Work Support is recruiting a Caretaker/Cleaner for an ongoing temporary assignment in the Medway area. The role involves maintaining and cleaning internal and external communal areas and ensuring the safety and security of the buildings.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points and no disqualifications, be well organised, highly motivated, and ready for immediate start. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle with a valid licence.
• Well organised and motivated to work with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a Caretaker/Cleaner for an ongoing temporary assignment in the Medway area. There may be opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.

The successful candidate will be required to drive a company vehicle so you will have have a driving licence with maximum 3 penalty points and no disqualifications for insurance purposes

You will be responsible for providing maintenance and cleaning of internal and external communal areas.

You will ensure the safety and security of the buildings, ideally have previous cleaning and caretaking experience, be well organised and be highly motivated.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
