Abbatt Group is seeking a reliable Caretaker for a part-time role in Maida Vale. You will help maintain a residential development, ensuring it is clean, safe and well-presented while delivering excellent resident service and supporting day-to-day site operations with a friendly team.

The role involves managing routine estate upkeep, waste handling, litter picking and maintaining external areas with a proactive approach and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Keep bin stores clean and tidy daily
• Move bins for scheduled collections and return after collection
• Break down and dispose of bulk waste
• Sweep and maintain cycle stores weekly
• Sweep and clear car parks weekly
• Keep courtyards and communal areas clean
• Carry out litter picking across the estate
• Empty litter bins regularly
• Sweep leaves and debris from external areas
• Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the estate

Job Title: Caretaker - Part-time
Salary: £28,500
Location: Maida Vale
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
• Saturday: 07:00 - 11:00

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help maintain a high standard across a residential development in Maida Vale. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the estate remains clean, safe, and well-presented at all times, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, alongside a friendly and welcoming team.

• Ensure all bin stores are kept clean and tidy on a daily basis
• Move bins for scheduled collections and return them after collection
