This is a permanent, part time position working 17.5 hours per week, based at St Joseph's Catholic Primary Academy. St Joseph's is a warm, welcoming and ambitious Catholic school where relationships matter and everyone is encouraged to flourish. • Ability to work under broad direction and laid down procedures.
• Responsible for managing caretaking services to all buildings forming the school site, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Has good practical maintenance and DIY skills
• Responsible for undertaking minor or temporary maintenance and repairs.
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Understands the importance of health & safety
• Contributes to the school's statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
