Caretaker

Caretaker – Haymarket Block Management (Part of the X1 Group)
Location: Covering 5 buildings across 2 estates
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Full-Time | Permanent

Haymarket Block Management, proudly part of the X1 Group, is looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of five residential buildings across two vibrant estates.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our Estates Team, you will ensure the buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for our residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
  • General maintenance and minor repair work
  • Painting and touch-ups to maintain internal and external appearance
  • Small grounds work, such as sweeping and light landscaping
  • Bin store management to ensure hygiene and accessibility
  • Parcel management for residents
  • Maintaining the aesthetics of communal areas
  • Weekly fire safety checks and reporting any issues promptly

Important Requirement:

Due to the nature of the role and travel between sites, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
