Job summary

Millwood Primary Special School in Greater Manchester is seeking a proactive Caretaker to join our site team. You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment, working 37 hours per week with fixed morning shifts.

The role requires initiative and reliability; you will work with the cleaners to ensure the building is fit for learning all year round, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Caretaker 37 hours per week

(Morning shift 6.00am 1.30pm Monday Thursday and 6.00am 1.00pm Friday)

Flexibility may be required on occasion for shift patterns

Millwood is an outstanding primary special school for pupils who have additional educational needs. We have recently expanded our site and are looking for a hardworking and dynamic caretaker with lots of initiative, who can work alongside the site team and cleaners to proactively provide cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of our modern school building, ensuring it is safe, clean and fit for learning.
