Job summary

PPM Recruitment is seeking a reliable Caretaker to join our team in an on-site role. The successful candidate will perform general maintenance, keep premises clean and safe, and liaise with contractors as required.

The ideal candidate is punctual, practical, and able to work independently, with a willingness to handle setting up rooms and facilities and conduct routine building checks. DBS clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
• Experience with basic maintenance and upkeep is preferred.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and upkeep of the premises.
• Keeping the building and surrounding areas clean, safe, and tidy.
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitoring security and reporting any issues.
• Setting up rooms and facilities when required.
• Liaising with contractors and service providers.
• Carrying out regular checks of the building and equipment.
