Job summary

St Stephen's Church School in Bath is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our school community. You will be responsible for the safety, maintenance and cleanliness of our buildings and grounds, working with the Hub Compliance, Office Manager and Headteacher to create a welcoming, safe environment for all.

The ideal candidate is well organised, proactive and flexible, with DIY skills for repairs and decorating, and a commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of pupils and staff.

• Able to use DIY skills such as general repairs, maintenance and decorating.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, general maintenance and cleanliness of school buildings and grounds.
• Work closely with Hub Compliance, Office Manager and Headteacher.
• Support safeguarding and the safety and wellbeing of children and staff.

School Caretaker 30 hours per week, Monday- Friday 7am-1:30pm(can be flexible on certain timings)All Year Round Pay: MAT C, SCP 5 - 6£25,583 - £25,989 FTE Salary£20,742 - £21,072

St Stephen's Church School are looking to appoint a dedicated, motivated and reliable Caretaker to join our wonderful school community. As Caretaker you will work closely with the Hub Compliance, Office Manager, Headteacher. You will have responsibility for the safety, general maintenance and cleanliness of our school buildings and grounds to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for our whole community.
