Caretaker
Basildon
£26,670 - £28,074 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are seeking a Caretaker to join our team at our Estate Services team based in Basildon.
As a Caretaker you will be responsible for travelling to various sites and carrying out bulk removals, disposing of items in a correct manner as well as general cleaning of communal areas. The ideal candidate will have either cleaning or caretaking experience and a track record ofdelivering high quality services, demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and high levels of customer service. This role will involve heavy lifting and a company van will be provided.
