School Caretaker
Full time/Permanent
£28,929 – £30,630
36 hours per week
Shift pattern: 2 Days 8:00am to 4:00pm; 2 Days 1:00pm to 9:00pm
This cycle will include 1 day on a Saturday or Sunday or a mutually agreeable day.

Our client are looking to appoint a confident and reliable School Caretaker to join their busy Facilities Department
The School Caretaker will assist with general maintenance, redecoration and refurbishment work to ensure that the teaching facilities, equipment, plant, premises and grounds of the School are maintained at the highest possible state of operational readiness, cleanliness and appearance
Experience/Qualities:
• Candidates will have worked as a School Caretaker
• Be honest, reliable, hardworking and flexible
• Be able to work using your own initiative
• Have good DIY and premises skills is beneficial
• Be committed to achieving high standards in your work
Have a good understanding of HSE
• Be willing to attend courses to develop your expertise
• Be able to deal with staff, pupils and the public in an efficient and friendly manner
• A current enhanced DBS certificate or be eligible
