Job summary

Homecare Guernsey is recruiting compassionate, reliable and experienced Carers/Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Your role includes assisting with personal care, medication support, promoting independence, and offering companionship while following care plans and documenting care records. Flexible, full-time and part-time opportunities are available in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care is essential.
• Excellent communication and professionalism are required.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Right to work in Guernsey.
