Job summary

A home care service provider in Bognor Regis is looking for compassionate individuals to join as Care Professionals. This role offers flexible hours and guaranteed contracts between 5 to 35 hours a week with excellent pay rates from £13 to £14.50 per hour for evening and weekend work. You will provide personalized care and companionship to clients, promoting independent living. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary, making it an ideal start in a rewarding career.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking people to deliver care to our clients in the Bognor Regis area - evenings and weekends - could this be you?

We require people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients. Our highly respected Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do, providing the very best home care and helping us elevate the care experience.

We will carefully match you to our clients, in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:

• Companionship and help around the home
• Preparation and support with meals
• Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
• Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
• Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips

Home Instead are unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday!

As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.

Qualifications

If you have a knack for making people smile, then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional, so no prior experience of care is required. All your paid training will take place at our office in Chichester with our award-winning training team.
