• Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Maplewood Independent Living is looking for carers/support workers in and around the Essex area.

We currently have clients in Great Dunmow, Saffron Walden, Chelmsford, Braintree, and Halstead.

You need to be able to drive and have business insurance.

We are seeking care assistants and support workers to support clients in their own homes.

Full or part-time hours are available.

The Role

• Support clients to live as independently as possible
• Accompany them with shopping and appointments
• Assist with daily tasks at home, including preparing and cooking meals
• Assist with personal care
• Assist with medication
• Maintain clear and accurate records
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of service users and yourself
• Maintain regular and courteous contact with the branch manager
