Job summary

Melody Care is a leading home care provider serving Hampshire and Surrey. We are seeking dedicated Carers to deliver high-quality in-home care to vulnerable adults, with support from an experienced management team.

Carers will work across branches in Aldershot, Alton and Camberley, with guaranteed hours and a mix of early and late shifts. No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, and a fixed hourly contract is offered to promote financial security.

Responsibilities

• Help clients in the community with medication, personal care and meals.
• Assist with shopping and accompanying clients to appointments.
• Provide companionship and social support to clients.
• Support clients with day-to-day activities and routines.
• Ensure client safety and wellbeing in their own homes.
• Coordinate with care management for progress and updates.

Melody Care is a quality, trusted, and award-winning provider of home care services. We are currently recruiting Carers to join our established team working with vulnerable adults in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey.

We have branches in Aldershot, Alton and Camberley, - you will be based at whichever branch is most convenient for you, covering the surrounding area.

We offer guaranteed hour contracts of 10, 16, 25, and 35 hours per week.

Hours available: 7am until 2pm and 4pm until 11pm

To qualify for this you will need to work at least one evening per week and some hours alternate weekends.

The Role:

As a Carer, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Carer, you will be required to help clients in the community with:
