What You’ll Do
  • As a Walfinch Home Care Assistant, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support in clients’ homes. This includes:
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Medication support
  • Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking
  • Light housework and running errands
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping clients stay active and connected with their communities

  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • Reliability, empathy, and a warm personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience is welcome but not essential – we offer full training
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
