Job summary

Children's Hospice South West (CHSW) is recruiting for the Little Harbour care team in Cornwall. This role involves caring for children with life-limiting conditions, building relationships with families, and working as part of a supportive team in a warm, well-equipped hospice setting.

We offer 25–40 hours per week, with a 12.5-hour shift pattern available; salary £27,438–£31,646 per year plus enhancements for nights, weekends and bank holidays; 33 days holiday, pension and staff wellbeing

Responsibilities

We provide respite, palliative and bereavement care for children with life-limiting conditions on a one-to-one basis. Having the time to build relationships with children and their families whilst they are at the hospice and between visits helps to make our roles incredibly fulfilling.

We have vacancies to join the Care Team at Little Harbour, Cornwall. Applicants should be experienced in caring for children with life-limiting conditions, complex needs or chronic illnesses.
