Job summary

Children's Hospice South West (CHSW) is recruiting for the Little Harbour care team in Cornwall. This role involves caring for children with life-limiting conditions, building relationships with families, and working as part of a supportive team in a warm, well-equipped hospice setting.

We offer 25–40 hours per week, with a 12.5-hour shift pattern available; salary £27,438–£31,646 per year plus enhancements for nights, weekends and bank holidays; 33 days holiday, pension and staff wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for children with life-limiting conditions or complex needs.
• Ability to work as part of a friendly, supportive care team.

Responsibilities

• Care for children with life-limiting conditions on a one-to-one basis.
• Build relationships with children and their families during visits and at the hospice.
• Work within the Little Harbour care team to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
