Boultham Park House is a 34-bed Care Home situated in Boultham Park, Lincoln. The home offers residential and dementia care in a comfortable, homely setting.

We are looking for you to work as a care assistant, making a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use), we seek individuals who genuinely care for our residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilling life for them. Some days may be challenging, but you will laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care homes.

We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers to care to build diverse teams with varied life experiences. We provide induction training, ongoing support, and development opportunities to help you build a career with us.
