A leading company is hiring a Leaving Care Worker in Lincoln to support young people transitioning to adulthood. The role involves managing caseloads, fostering life skills, and ensuring compliance with care legislation, with shifts available in both regular and bank capacities.
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincolnshireto assist with the appointment of a LeavingCare Worker to work in a residential care setting.
We have both regular shifts (37 hours per week) and bank shifts available. Please note that we don't offer sponsorship, and the worker should be able to work full time without restrictions. We would need 5 years work references checked out before you start the shifts.
Rate of Pay: £17.30 - £22.48 per hour
