The Orders of St John Care Trust invites applications for a care assistant at Lent Rise House in Burnham, near Slough. You will support residents with daily routines, personal care, and companionship in a warm, safe setting.

We offer induction, ongoing training, and a flexible shift pattern with full-time or part-time contracts. Join our not-for-profit charity and help us deliver person-centred care to older people, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care including washing and bathing.
• Support residents with bathroom needs and mobility where required.

Carer Location: Burnham, Slough Pay rate: £13.45 per hour Contracted Hours: Full Time or Part Time We offer various shifts and hours so get in touch and we can help you find the job you want! Located in the heart of Burnham, close to Slough and Maidenhead, Lent Rise House offers high-quality nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia. Our focus is on delivering person-centred support in a warm, inclusive and homely setting. We also offer respite stays for individuals or carers in need of short-term support, all within a modern home designed for safety, comfort and wellbeing. We are looking for you to work as a care assistant making a real difference to our residents lives every day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use) we are looking for the right people to genuinely care for our residents and create a happy fulfilled

life for them. Some days may be challenging but you will laugh, have fun and make lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family too, bringing kindness, exceptional care and dignity to our care homes. We are looking for both experienced carers and those that are new to care to build our teams with diverse people who can bring all sorts of life experience to the job. We provide induction training and support, with ongoing development opportunities for you to really build a career with us.
