Sefton Council is seeking a Careline Advisor to respond to referrals, calls and emails from ASC potential clients, service users and professionals in relation to vulnerable people and those with disabilities linked to the centre via an alarm system, to help maintain independent living.
The role involves assessing needs, advising on TECS/Assistive Technology, demonstrating equipment, and liaising with professionals to ensure services are appropriate and cost-effective for service users and carers.
The Careline Advisors principal task is to deal with all Careline enquiries, responding to referrals, calls and emails from ASC (Adult Social Care) potential clients, service users and professionals in relation to vulnerable people and those people with disabilities linked to the centre via an alarm system helping them to maintain an independent lifestyle and to promote independent living
