Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care is seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our Inchbrae team in Aberdeen on a permanent, full-time basis (39 hours per week). You’ll support three residents with learning and physical disabilities in a warm, home-like setting, helping with daily life and activities they love.

No prior care experience is required; we value who you are. We offer fully paid training and fund an SVQ, with PVG/SSSC fees reimbursed, to help you grow in your career.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; we value who you are.
• Fully paid training provided to build your skills.
• We fund your SVQ (SCQF Level 6/7) and reimburse PVG and SSSC fees.

Responsibilities

• Support three residents with learning/physical disabilities in a shared home.
• Help with daily living activities and enable residents to enjoy supported activities.
• Assist with administration and record keeping as needed.
