Job summary

Choice Care in Blackburn is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant (Driver) to support clients in their own homes across Blackburn, Darwen, and surrounding areas. You will be trained by our team, mentored by experienced carers, and help clients maintain independence with dignity.

With or without prior care experience, you will start at £12.75–£13.50 per hour with progression possible as you gain NVQ qualifications and experience. The role requires a driving licence and access to a car.

Qualifications

• Right to live and work in the UK
• Experience working in care preferred
• Driving licence and use of a car are required or beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own homes
• Support clients with daily living tasks and wellbeing
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Maintain accurate care notes and documentation
