You will join us on a full-time, 36 hpw, permanent contract and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £39,319 to £41,521 pa inclusive of London Weighting, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Reporting to the Director of Student Welfare & Support, the Careers Progression Team Leader will provide operational leadership and coordination of the College's Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) service, ensuring high-quality delivery of careers guidance, work-related learning and progression support.
The postholder will oversee the day-to-day operation of the careers service, ensuring students receive consistent, impartial and high-quality careers guidance, while supporting the College to meet statutory requirements and national benchmarks. This role combines operational leadership with direct delivery of one-to-one careers guidance, providing students with the support they need to make informed decisions about their future pathways.
