Job summary

Around 12 hours per week (2 days), working times from 8:45am, term time only (38 weeks)


Salary: H7 pro rata, FTE annual salary £33,872 - £36,322


Actual salary: £9,185 - £9,850


Start date: October 2026


We are looking to recruit a Careers Advisor to deliver high-quality careers advice and guidance to students across Years 9 to 13. The role also includes developing personalised action plans and offering targeted support to students and parents at key points in the year, such as Year 9 Options Evening and PTCs. You will monitor and track student engagement and produce termly summary reports of interview activity.

Sandringham School is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET).
