Job summary

Harris Lowe Academy Willesden is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Careers Adviser to join our dynamic Careers Team, working two days a week, to support students in making informed, ambitious decisions about their futures.

You will join an experienced team, help shape and deliver a high-impact CEIAG programme for Years 7–13, and guide students toward post-16 and post-18 pathways that best match their goals and aspirations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 6 Careers Adviser or Senior Level 6 required.
• Part-time role: two days per week.
• Experience delivering CEIAG to secondary students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact CEIAG programme from Year 7 to Year 13.
• Support students in post-16 and post-18 pathways.
• Collaborate with Careers Team to shape programmes.
• Guide students towards FE, apprenticeships, traineeships or employment.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time Careers Adviser to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Careers Team, working two days a week. In this key position, you will work at Harris Lowe Academy Willesden in the London Borough of Brent , supporting students to make informed, ambitious and aspirational decisions about their futures.

We would be delighted to hear from you if you are a qualified Level 6 Careers Adviser or Senior Level 6 Careers Adviser:

• Level 6 : £31,000-£36,000 FTE
• Senior Level 6: £37,000-£42,000 FTE

Flexibility regarding term-time-only working arrangements would be considered.

You will be joining an experienced and knowledgeable team of advisers, from whom you can gain advice and support. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help shape and deliver a high-impact CEIAG programme.

Whether it's further education, apprenticeships, traineeships or employment, you'll play a vital role in guiding students towards the post-16 and post-18 pathways that best match their goals and aspirations.
