Job summary

Aldi is hiring a Career Starter Store Apprentice for a 12-15 month experience that blends hands-on learning with formal training. You will work toward a Level 2 Retailer qualification and gain insights into store management within a friendly, close-knit team.

This apprenticeship offers varied challenges, ongoing development, and opportunities to progress in retail management. Shifts begin early, with a 30-hour contract and comprehensive mentoring and wellbeing support.

Before you apply

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm (stores vary). Please ensure you have reliable transport options to get to store for these times before applying. Salaries are based on a 30 hour contract.
