Job summary

Aldi in the UK is seeking a friendly, proactive store assistant. You’ll welcome customers, stock shelves, check products, operate tills, and help keep the store running smoothly throughout shifts.

Shifts can start early and finish late; 10–30 hours per week with training and development opportunities, wellbeing benefits, and a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a customer-first mindset.

• Reliable, flexible and willing to help the team.
• Confident with numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential.
