Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team, driving exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will oversee kitchen operations, train junior chefs, and ensure strict food safety standards across all stations.

You will manage inventory, control costs, and support the Head Chef while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team focused on great food and service.

Qualifications

• Understanding of working with a branded menu.
• Experience managing orders, food stocks and forecast against occupancy.
• Good financial knowledge to manage costs in line with the department's budget.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Supervising and training junior chefs.
• Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs.
• Supporting the Head Chef and responding to guest feedback.
