Financial Divisions, based in Ipswich, is seeking a Financial Administrator on a route to Paraplanner with a clear path for progression. The role offers hybrid working and a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 with study support.

You will support Paraplanners and Advisers, manage LOA end-to-end processes, and help prepare documentation and client communications. A background in wealth management and client service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ months experience in wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service co-ordinator.
• Experience supporting Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
• Experience with LOA end-to-end processes and documentation prep.

Responsibilities

• Support Paraplanners and Advisors by preparing suitability documents.
• Manage LOA end-to-end process and client communications.
• Arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors.
• Conduct product research across markets to assist proposals.
