Ingeus UK is seeking an Employment Advisor in Lambeth to drive positive social impact by coaching participants toward sustainable employment. The role centers on diagnostic assessments, tailored CVs and cover letters, and interview preparation.

You will collaborate with participants to overcome barriers, signpost to necessary services, and maintain comprehensive records while aiming to exceed performance targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience motivating and inspiring participants to achieve their fullest potential.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges.
• High level of digital literacy and data handling.
• Experience in employment services or related sector within recent months.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans for meaningful employment.
• Meet and exceed performance targets by refining strategies and seeking input to improve outcomes.
• Signpost participants to internal and external services addressing needs like debt management, mental health, and career coaching.
• Ensure participants have tailored CVs, supporting statements, and cover letters to support job searches.
• Prepare participants for interviews with mock sessions and assessments to build confidence.
• Maintain accurate electronic participant records reflecting coaching through employment placement within required timescales.
