Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environment.
• The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential.
• Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to inspire and influence participants while addressing diverse needs and contacting employers and external stakeholders.
• Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges.
• High-level digital literacy.
• Excellent organisational skills—manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and actions.
• Meet and exceed performance targets by refining strategies and gathering input for better outcomes.
• Signpost participants to internal and external services for debt management, mental health, and career coaching.
• Help participants craft professional CVs, tailored statements, and cover letters for job searches.
• Prepare participants for interviews with mock sessions and assessment exercises to build confidence.
• Maintain accurate electronic records reflecting coaching and employment placement activities within required timescales.
