UK Management College Ltd seeks an App Developer to build and sustain the Career App, covering mobile (React Native), server (Python/Django) and AI features. You will work with the Career App Lead Developer and college staff to scale the service across campuses, ensuring secure handling of student data and timely releases to app stores.

The role requires a degree in CS/related field, proven mobile app releases, and hands-on AI/ML experience.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related subject.
• Experience building and releasing mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Experience building web APIs with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.
• Practical AI/ML experience, including working with large language models.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain the UKMC Career App across mobile and server.
• Develop AI features and workflows with large language models and tool use.
• Train, evaluate and monitor ML models for job/skills matching.
• Ensure data handling complies with UK GDPR and data protection policies.
• Publish releases to Android/iOS stores and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, academic staff and Wellbeing.
