Reed in Partnership is recruiting a Careers Adviser to support the North Sea Jobs Service, delivering targeted guidance and tailored employment support. The role focuses on face-to-face coaching, assessment, and plan development to help workers transition to civilian life.

The successful candidate will have experience in career guidance, labour market awareness, and strong communication, with opportunities for training and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering careers guidance and employability services.
• Experience with labour market intelligence and vacancy matching.
• Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Builds strong relationships with workers through regular interactions, face-to-face where possible.
• Conducts Initial Assessments to understand aspirations and needs.
• Uses motivational interviewing to explore resettlement goals and barriers.
• Identifies and uses diagnostic tools to assess readiness to work and skills gaps.
• Develops and manages Personal Plans with workers to outline steps and goals.
• Delivers group training sessions and individual coaching to support career progression.
