Job summary

Northumberland County Council is seeking a motivated Cared for Child and PEP Co-ordinator to support the Virtual School. The fixed-term post lasts 2 years and requires strong admin, data handling and communication skills to manage PEP processes and attendance data across systems.

You will produce reports, create resources in Canva, and provide timely information to Children's Social Care and education settings.

Qualifications

• Experience providing comprehensive admin support in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong data handling skills with ability to update and share information across systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Personal Education Plan (PEP) processes and data analysis.
• Oversee data updates across systems and share with CSC and education settings.
• Produce graphs and reports and maintain documents using Canva, PowerPoint and Word.
• Manage weekly attendance data and provide related reports.
