Job summary

Goodwin Healthcare in North Lincolnshire is recruiting Care Workers to follow care plans and provide reliable, respectful support during planned care calls.

You will work independently, build trusted relationships with people, families and colleagues, and complete training, observations and competency assessments.

Ideally you will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, though this is not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and safeguarding.
• Ability to follow care plans and document notes.
• Willingness to complete training and competency assessments.

• Prompt, assist or administer medication once trained and assessed as competent.
• Support meals, hydration, mobility and everyday routines.
• Notice and report changes, concerns, medication issues or safeguarding risks promptly.
• Use our care app to start and finish calls, complete tasks and write clear, factual care notes.
• Build trusted relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
