Job summary

Sapphire Global Solutions Ltd. is seeking a care assistant to support older people and adults in their homes in Surrey. You will help with personal care, daily routines and meals, and assist with medications according to care plans.

The role offers paid training, a DBS check covered by the employer, and a competitive benefits package including a pension and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• An enhanced DBS check including adult barred list (we arrange and pay).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
• Support with daily routines and encourage independence.
• Prepare meals and help with food and drinks.
• Support people with medication according to care plans and training.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and company.
• Assist with light household tasks.
• Notice changes in wellbeing and report promptly.
• Keep accurate records and update office and colleagues.

• 5. offering companionship,reassurance and company
• 6. Helping with light house tasks
• 7. Noticing change in someone's wellbeing and reporting it promptly
• 8. Keeping accurate information and records and updating office and colleagues

Requirements
