Job summary

Sapphire Global Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate care staff to support clients in the Leatherhead area and surrounding towns. This permanent full-time role offers hands-on personal care, meal assistance, and companionship in a supportive team environment.

You will complete training including a care certificate, receive 28 days' annual leave, and have opportunities for funded qualifications, ongoing supervision, and annual appraisal. A driving licence and DBS check are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: washing, dressing, grooming
• Support daily routines and promote independence
• Prepare meals and assist with food/drink
• Support with medications per care plans
• Provide companionship and reassurance
• Assist with light house tasks
• Notice changes in wellbeing and report promptly
• Keep accurate records and communicate with colleagues
• Treat everyone with dignity, patience and respect

Location: Leatherhead, Epsom, Walton-on-Thames, Cobham,Dorking, Reigate,Redhill

Responsibilities

4. Supporting people with medication in line with the care plans and training
5. offering companionship,reassurance and company
6. Helping with light house tasks
7. Noticing change in someone’s wellbeing and reporting it promptly
8. Keeping accurate information and records and updating office and colleagues
9. Treating everyone with dignity, patience and respect

Requirements

1. The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
