Avant Healthcare Services Limited is hiring Care and Support Workers to provide care in clients' homes in Sutton. The role offers zero hours contracts and some guaranteed hours, with PPE provided and ongoing support from managers.

You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and accompany clients to activities or appointments. English communication and a caring, patient attitude are essential. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• Reliable and trustworthy, able to work as lone worker.

Responsabilidades

• Personal care such as showering/bathing, dressing, medication.
• Practical support including laundry, cleaning, meals, and accompanying to shops/doctors.
• Support people with specialist needs and dementia, autism, challenging behaviour.
• Helping with everyday activities and household duties.
