This service is the home of 40 residents, all with individual personalities and different support needs including some with dementia.
As a Care Worker, you will work with the residents closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with their needs according to their wishes. Becoming a friend and having fun with them is one of the most important parts of the role. Duties will include:
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. You would need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
